Just like the car practical driving test we at Blue School of Motoring provide a similar product that will asses your ability to do the following

The driving test is straightforward and has been designed to see if you:
Can drive safely in different road and traffic conditions, this includes emerging at junctions, turning left and right, approaching roundabouts and crossroads, both controlled and uncontrolled, depending on the test route.
You must have a good knowledge of The Highway Code and can show this through your driving
After meeting your examiner, the next two stages are:
An eyesight check – if you fail this, your test will not continue
Your examiner will ask you two questions about carrying out vehicle safety checks
You’ll be asked one ‘show me’ and one ‘tell me’ question. One or both questions answered incorrectly will result in one driving fault being recorded. See more of these questions explained Click here

The driving part of your test will last about 40 minutes. You’ll be examined on your general driving and ability to reverse your vehicle safely. One reverse exercise will be chosen from:

Reversing around a corner to the left or right dependant on the vehicle you use for your driving test.

Turning in the road or three point turnReverse parking in the road behind another parked vehicle or a bay park in the driving test centre car park.

You may also be asked to carry out an emergency stop exercise.

Throughout the test you should drive in the way your driving instructor has taught you. If you make a mistake, don’t worry about it as it might be a less serious driving fault and may not affect your result. However, if at any time your examiner considers your driving to be a danger to other road users your test will be stopped. You will be assessed and given a minor driver fault for any faults incurred, you are allowed 15 minor faults. If you repeat these minor faults for the same error over and over again this could become a serious fault. You only have to commit one serious or dangerous fault and you will fail your driving test.

Your practical driving test will include approximately ten minutes of independent driving. This is designed to assess your ability to drive safely while making decisions independently. The examiner may show you a diagram detailing a route which you will have memorize and follow or you may be given a particular signed route to follow.  At any point during this route if you forget where you are going you may ask the examiner to clarify the route.

At the end of your mock examination your mock driving examiner will give you a de-briefing, and your driving instructor will be asked to attend this so that he or she can hear the outcome of the mock examination.  Unlike the real driving test you will be asked to participate and be allowed to give an explanation on where you may had any issues, then you will be given an detailed list of areas that the mock driving examiner thinks you may want to work on prior to your actual driving test.

This mock driving test will give both you and your driving instructor a good idea as to whether or not you are ready for the real driving test, and you may want to delay the real test until you both think you are ready.
