In terms of qualifications, all instructors at Blue School of Motoring are qualified Driving Standards Agency approved driving instructors. We are also all members of both the Driving Instructors Association, and the Motor Schools Association.
Regarding cost, this will very much depend on your instructor and how many lessons you need, however the average costs below, should help give you a rough idea:
- The average Blue lesson price is £25
- An average learner driver will require 45 lessons to pass their test (this is the average amount recommended by the Driving Standards Agency. This should include 25-30 hours private practice with friends and family)
- The current price of the theory test is £31
- The cost of your practical test depends on both the time and day you choose. A weekday test is £62, however tests that are held in the evening, at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be charged at £75
