Just Add Fuel is a new finance package from Peugeot designed to bring all your driving costs together so that you only need to focus on paying for fuel.
What are the Terms?
Just Add Fuel is available to all drivers between the ages of 18 and 75 years old on five of their popular models so far:
- Peugeot 108
- Peugeot 208
- New Peugeot 2008 SUV
- Peugeot 308
- Peugeot 308 SW
This provides plenty of choice, whether you’re after a hot hatchback, executive estate or crossover SUV. To be eligible you must be willing to install a telematics box and consent to data capture and transmission. A telematics box records your speed, distance and time of day driven and assesses your style of driving based on braking, cornering speed and more. It is a requirement that it is fitted to qualify for insurance.
What are the Benefits?
The main benefit of Just Add Fuel is that you only need to make one fixed monthly payment to cover all of your car costs. This makes it simple to budget month to month as all the essential costs are included in the price (except for fuel). The initiative lasts for three years and includes three years’ worth of:
- Insurance (for up to three drivers)
- Warranty
- Servicing
- Car tax
- Roadside assistance
There is no need for multiple direct debits to be set up and you can rest at ease that you won’t miss any payment deadlines and not be covered either.
What are My Options Without It?
The majority of new drivers have been getting by without Just Add Fuel before, as it is a brand new package. You may even be able to find cheaper deals by arranging every cost individually, such as getting breakdown cover, insurance, servicing from different places.
However, without Just Add Fuel it can be more complicated can end up being more expensive in some cases, especially if your car requires a lot of servicing and repairs. Consider this package if you’re a new driver as it can be highly beneficial.
